Probably yeast: You could have a yeast infection after antibiotics so you could start over the counter yeast medications and if no help see your provider for en exam and perhaps stronger anti fungal medications and sometimes you may have a secondary infection which needs different medications

Bladder infections: Bladder infections after sex - so annoying.  Ways to prevent include:  void after sex and drink a big glass of water.  Avoid pop and large amounts of coffee/tea - drink lots of water.  Use cranberry supplements.  Take one antibiotic pill right after sex.  You and partner wash with bactericidal soap prior to sex.  If you need antibiotics use yeast arrest - has boric acid to prevent yeast.

If you have had a bladder infection before and think you have another one, you are right most of the time. Infection: Probably nothing with UTI or bladder infection. A vaginal yeast infection can be transmitted specially if you are uncircumcised.

UTI: An evaluation by your pmd and a urinalysis should answer that question.  A bladder or urinary tract infection often causes burning on urination and may cause "cloudy" urine.  Yeast infection can cause "itching sensation".  Both are treatable.
