the skin om my face is very bad. whatever i do, the zits and blackheads keep coming back. i tried soo many things i dont't know what to do anymore.?

Find cause: If you're a teenaged male, some acne is the norm.  A dermatologist can almost always make even the worst acne disappear using big-gun medicines such as "accutane", and it's your choice.  Otherwise, a good general physician needs to help figure out why you have this degree of acne.  We do not want to miss cushingism, polycystic ovaries, or a variety of other possibilities and just treat the pimple.

deep skin growth keeps coming back after removing with tweezers. it always comes back in the same spot on my back. it's about 3mm long, skin colored. no infection. is it a blackhead? how do i keep it from coming back?

Have it examined: If your treatment plan is not working you need to have it examined so a workable fix can be provided. This may be a form of a wart or other such growth. Removal often requires removal below the skin line to get the root. There are some skin colored defects that are more worrisome but rare.

No, Adding oil makes: It worse. Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day. Use oil free products on face. Avoid heavy foundations. Don't squeeze pimples (including blackheads). Avoid touching face (i.e., cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after stenous exercise. Consider otc products (w salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide). If &gt; than mild acne see dermatologist (discuss meds, comedone extractor, etc.).

Good care, patience: To paraphrase, anyone who tells you they can rid you of acne overnight is selling something.   Acne is a problem of months and years.  There is no quick fix.  There are good treatments to be had at every drugstore starting with benzoyl peroxide creams and mild cleansers.   Antibiotics like minocycline and more serious treatments like Accutane can also be very helpful but not overnight!  Good luck.

Outer ear: Your inner ear can't get blackheads since it's a nerve structure deep inside your head. If you mean inside your ear canal, have an ENT look for skin conditions and tell you more. Don't insert anything inside the ear canal to scratch/pop the bumps; you can get a bad infection.

Pinching Skin: Stop pinching or irritating the skin. If the lesion persists please show your family doctor the next time you are in their office.

Nonspecific: Your symptoms were rather nonspecific. You may have felt some transient chest muscle discomfort. Normal heart rate and a perfectly regular pulse with no lingering symptoms would all be reassuring against a serious event.

Sebaceous Cyst: No squeezing, pinching, poking these lesions please. This is old dried out pus in a cyst called a sebaceous cyst. It needs to be cut out and sewn up properly. Please consider going to see a skin specialist.
