There are no: scientific randomized controlled study data to support the claims made by many herbal medicine pundits, let alone 2000 years of Chinese medicine wisdom.  However, there are supposed to be benefits to black rice and its fermented derivative vinegar, including cardiovascular "cleansing" effects, antioxidant effects, and immune boosting vitamins.

Hard to say: In most women, conventional hormone replacement therapy (hrt) doesn't improve mood, mental ability, sexual function or the symptoms of menopause.  But there are effective alternatives.  Look into the work of ann gittlemen, christiane northrup, md, susan lark, md, and tori hudson, nd.  Molasses contains nutrients that are helpful, and anecdotally, some say it helps (or not). Same with vinegar.

See details: You need to see a doctor and have the issue evaluated as soon as possible. Blackening of skin could mean serious infection or a compromise of circulation.

Ingrown hair: This is probably okay to do.  However, I will check which her primary care physician or a dermatologist for more specific treatment.

: Mucus from a cough or sneeze by a person infected with covid would contain the virus. You more than likely will be ok. If you don't develop symptoms within 5 days I think you can relax.

No : The dark spot could be a small bleed under the nail but if it does not grow out , seek consultation with a podiatrist or dermatologist.

Funny stools: Anything that can cause fat to not be digested, absorbed or processed correctly. Pancreas or gallbladder problems, celiac disease, cystic fibrosis, hepatitis chronic, cholestasis.

i irritated/burned my inner lip with full strength  apple cider vinegar. what can i do to make it feel better?  i placed a warm black tea bag on it.

Acid burn.: Vinegar is acidic.  Tannic acid in tea is acidic.  Not an appropriate remedy.  Get Orabase-B at your pharmacy.  Dab on small amount w q-tip.  Call your Dentist for appt ASAP.  Dentist may want to prescribe Kenalog (triamcinolone).  Take OTC analgesics exactly as directed on package.  From now on limit vinegar to cleaning and cooking...it's not a mouth wash.

: Avoidance of the allergen and immunotherapy may be reviewed with your allergist. Allergy testing by blood test is available.  The skin lesions may be examined by HTMG and your PCP. Avoid direct sunlight, wear a hat and sunscreen.
