Hemorrhoid: It could be a thrombosed hemorrhoid (blod clot in a vein). These will usually resolve on their own, but if painful, see a doctor.

: The tiny black' stones' should be collected when in a fair number(5-10), felt for consistency and the sent for re-analysis. The nature  (opaque, non-opaque, hardness and location) etc should be evaluated by a CT scan. Then it should be treated.

Altered blood: Most stone are whitish. A stone can turn black if there is bleeding and blood stains the stone. Calcium oxalate, the commonest type of stone can be black.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Black Stone?: Pigment stones - which are typically brown-black- can be soft. The more cogent question is why are you forming pigment stones to begin with? Typically, at your age, a urinary infection, or less commonly, a blood hemolytic process, is to blame. I would follow up with a urologist or your primary care provider.
