hello,
my problem is that on my back below the neck many pimpals and black blots makes when the pimple blast so please help me , which medicine i can ?

Acne: Pustular pimples and black heads are a  form of bacterial skin infections . There are many types of antibiotics to treat this. You may need to see your medical provider for them. Till then try warn soapy water scrubs; and apply witch hazel or rubbing alcohol to dry them out. Dr. Bronners' organic liquid soap have been very helpful for many of my patients.

why do i have this pimple thats kind of black with a black line on top of it on the left side of my neck? im seeing a nurse from united health soon so im thinking of showing it to her, that black line dont wash off so its not dirt,inch on top of pimp?

: It's very hard to be sure about a rash without seeing it.

under my left side of my neck i have this pimple sticking out a little,brown,have this black line on top of it going halfway across my neck, not sure what it is,seeing a doctor in a couple of wks, been there for a while and not sure why,any ideas?

: Suggest that it would be wise to get this examined by a  dermatologist. It is difficult to assess what this might be w/o any pics,  but something of this nature warrants attention by your dermatologist.

Cyst: Sounds like a cyst that may be infected.  I would stop squeezing it and go see an MD.

Could be benign Skin tag that gets irritated on and off. But could be other things also. Best to show it to one's PCP/ Dermatologist and get a Diagnosis/Management/Treatment.

Glands: You can get a pimple almost anywhere that you have skin- and certain parts of the body are more likely due to  the fact that they have skin glands that get blocked and form pimples

Pimples: Get checked . Hard pimples should be evaluated by a doctor hard.

Try warm compresses: If the area of redness or swelling is less than 1 inch in diameter, warm compresses usually will help the infection come to a head so it can opened and drained or if smaller, it will heal itself.  Oral pain medications like ibuprofen are helpful.  If the area of swelling or redness is significantly larger, an evaluation by your doctor is recommended as antibiotics may be indicated.

i continually get large painful pimples on the side and back of my neck. once the pimple goes away, a new one will form. how do i fix this?

See surgeon: If pimple originates in same location each time, may have trigger present / unresolved cyst and it may require local excision to make go away. See a surgeon / dermatologist for evaluation.

Folliculitis?: This could be folliculitis (an infection of the hair follicle).  However cannot say for sure without looking at it, you need to see the dermatologist.
