i found a black head pimple thing on my breast could it be cancer?

Get a mammo and US.: Sorry, I'm very skittish when it comes to findings on the breast.  And there are skin changes associated with breast cancer.  I'm not saying you have cancer, believe me.  Chances are great that you don't.  But I'd be safe and get tested, especially if breast cancer runs on your family.  Better to be safe.

i get really bad black heads and pimples on my inner thighs i don't know how to get them to stop. also pimples on and under my breast but i don't why?

Bad black heads: on the thighs - it might be from rubbing on clothing causing irritation of the skin leading to pimples and blocked sebum glands.    The same for the area under your breasts.   I would use a mild facial scrub  which will help remove the black heads and bring the pimples to a head.    You can use any of the OTC acne medications as well.   Under your breasts I would make sure the area stays dry.

Breast rash: Could be simple acne or even hidradenitis
you could start by seeing a dermatologist.

i had a black spot on my breast, it was itchy so i scratched it then it became like a pimple. i squeezed it then white pus came out then black pus?

Blackhead: It sounds like you had a clogged pore or blackhead.  When you scratched it, the bacteria normally on your skin were able to make their way underneath and cause a mild infection.  This was the white pus that  you noted. If it does not resolve completely,  you should see your doctor. A picture is always helpful when trying to diagnose a skin problem.

2 weeks ago on inside of breast toward chest wall, i saw a pimple-like bump w/ tiny black spot. it has grown, there is a small open hole in the middle?

Small pimple chest: Just like on our face we can get pimples on the skin of the chest and back. Seems you have folliculitis, a pimple, would wash with soap and water keep clean try, bacitracin  and follow up wiht doctor/urgent care

can an armpit boil cause breast pain? it looks like a pimple. and some have black  centers. there not very big. i had just one for 5 years

Yes: You may feel pain in your axilla (arm pit) that is refered to your breast.  Are there any masses in your breast?  If the boils resolve and the pain persists you should see an md.  If the boils are not resolving with warm compresses etc you should see an md.  Finally, you should be doing self-breast exams once per month and having an md exam every year.  Any suspicious masses should b biopsied.

Lightening creams: Several such are available on the market, worth a try, if ineffective, check with a skin care specialist or a plastic surgeon to see if the area/s can be treated

See your doctor: This is one of those problems where a visit to your doctor is necessary to figure out what's going on.  Only after a thorough evaluation, including examination and possibly labs and other tests, can your doctor correctly diagnose you and treat you effectively.

A pimple usually: Won't constitute a significant health risk to the breast. However, if it is not resolving, appears infected for you aren't sure what it is - then dermatological evaluation would be prudent.

Likely irritation: Make sure that your clothing is not irritating your skin and that you are bathing/showering regularly in warm weather.  Seek help from a dermatologist if it continues, as there may be treatment required.
