took p2 pill twice in a week that was in january, now experiencing black period blood that is now 5 days but the flow is little ..should i be concerend or it is just the effects of the pill.. please advise?

Hormonal imbalance: P2 is expected to alter your hormones and may be the explanation. 
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. Consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine,

Unlikely: dark blood signifies old blood while fresh blood appears more red. As long as the bleeding is not heavy, its ok. The color shouldnt be an issue.

See your doctor: Brown/black discharge is typically light bleeding.  There are lots of causes of  such bleeding, including pregnancy, stds, other infections, polyps, or fibroids. Mathis can also happen with birth control pills.  You should see your doctor to be sure.

Anovulation: It sounds as if you've experienced an anovulatory cycle. These are cycles in which the ovary failes to release the egg.  This disrupts normal hormonal levels.

Normal: It's normal to have brown/black blood every period. Darker blood is just older blood.  The uterus not evacuating quickly when there's blood there.  You didn't say what was swollen, so hard to answer that part of question. And blood during sex would be normal during period. If not on period, could be from cervix or uterus. If cervix, make sure pap utd. If uterus, can be polyp or fibroid.

Hormone imbalance?: The abnormal flow and consistency of your menstrual blood suggests that you aren't completely shedding the menstrual lining during your period.   Normal menstrual cycles require a very orchestrated interplay of reproductive hormones.  If there's an imbalance of these hormones,  menstrual irregularities and abnormalities can occur.  Please see your gynecologist about this.

Doesn't sound normal: If you re no longer bleeding/discharging, wait another month and see if this happens again.  Call your gyn for eval if it does or if you are still bleeding even now.  There could be a blockage of your menstrual flow or infection.

Needs assessment: 2 things are needed fairly promptly here: 1) a pregnancy test and if positive urgent medical attention and 2) a urinalysis to check no infection.  There are a variety of other possibilities including pelvic infection, other urinary tract problem that require examination and tests but rapidly excluding a pregnancy related problem or kidney infection is quite important. Doubtful: Dark menstrual blood is usually indicative of older blood - blood that has remained on the uterus of vagina longer.  It is usually not very heavy.  
Changes to your menstrual cycles are common as women get closer to menopause.  
Significant changes in your menstrual cycle should be evaluated by a physician.
