Cramps etc: You clearly had some trouble after tennis. The issue is whether this had recovered by the next morning and/or  you feel well enough to play tennis next week.

when i lay down for a short or long period of time and i get up, i get really lightheaded and my eyes black out a few seconds, what does this mean?

Orthostasis.: Sounds like your blood pressure temporarily drops when you rise.  This is called orthostasis and has a variety of causes but is generally due to low circulating blood volume or inadequate response of your autonomic nervous system to changes in posture.  If you are adequately hydrated and have enough salt on board and your symptoms persist you may need to see your doc to consider further testing.

i recently experienced a new aura before the onset of my migraines, i black out for a few seconds. it's like my vision goes out. should i be concerned?

Inform your DR: This can certainly be  "normal" with migraines, but with new symptoms, it is best to inform your DR .

At : At this point you have complex headache symptoms to include loss of balance, dizziness, vomiting and blacking out. Your headaches are also quite frequent.  You could easily fall and become injured. You absolutely need to be seen by the doctor. Your physician is likely to refer you to a neurologist. The source of your headaches needs to be evaluated, so that you can be properly treated.

Immediate exam!: Do not operate a moving vehicle again until you are examined. Get to an Urgent Care center or Emergency Room as soon as possible for an exam. Some possible causes for blackouts are alcohol intoxication, epileptic seizures, low blood pressure, psychogenic seizures &amp; low blood sugar. A brief:  loss of consciousness in itself is not an indication for a CT scan.   Persisting/ severe headache, visual changes, any neurological deficit, abnormal pupils, or repetitive vomiting would be signs/ symptoms that you should be evaluated in the ER.

If you hit your head and neck, but are now feeling nearly fine, your risk of serious intracranial injury are very low.

Energy: If you do not eat, you are not giving the body energy to function.  The most important organ in the body that requires the most amount of fuel is the brain.  Without fuel/energy, the brain shuts down and you can black out.
