Blood: If it truly wasn't there yesterday, it may be a "blood blister" and will disappear soon. If it persists, it may have been there and not noticed by you. See an oral surgeon to make sure it is nothing to worry about. I have seen intra oral melanomas present in that way

Could be blood: Sounds like dried blood, maybe from tongue bite but you need to see ENT for cancer screen/eval to be safe.

Mole: Yes it is possible to get a 'mole'. If it is a new pigmented spot or a raised mole see your dentist now as it can be a more serious condition. If it is not new see your dentist as well to get a diagnosis (just pigment or we need to biopsy).

Mole on tongue?: Seems unlikely,  because moles come from a different type of skin surface than tongue.  It is probably fine but you could ask your dentist or doctor to take a look and get a more accurate diagnosis.
