a lump on the outer part of the anus 
black skin in between anus and vagina
i think i saw green discharge at the opening of my anus

too embarrassed to see a doctor. is this something serious?

Your symptoms could be related to a peri-rectal abscess or severe infection of the skin (fourniers gangrene). I recommend urgent evaluation by a physician as soon as possible, even if you are feeling embarrassed. You will be glad you had your condition evaluated in person.

Anal lesion: Please let your parents know about your concerns. We don't know what is causing that black dot, so it would be hard to recommend how to treat it. An  evaluation would help to determine the cause and a treatment plan can be developed at that poing.

Anal bleaching: More than likely not. If you use bleaching agents around the anus you may cause damage to the nerve endings and develop incontinence or numbness in the area.

i ate black beans yest and when i wipe my anus i saw what looked like to be a particle or skin of the bean is that possible?

Yes: Often things like beans pass through the system so fast that they are not completely digested. Happens with peanuts as well. Not to worry.

Normal: What you described is normal.
Shaving your butt is likely to cause you grief through ingrown hair, folliculits and shaving injury. Shaving your genitals is unhygienic.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i saw a black bump by my anus a week ago and it didn't hurt but it looks like a cut now and it hurts. i've never had this happen before i'm nervous?

See doctor: Have it evaluated by a surgeon. From your description, I can't tell whether its a trivial problem, such as an external hemorrhoid, or a serious one, such as melanoma.

May be a hemorrhoid: But need to have a doctor examine the spots to make sure it is not a more serious condition.

Without a picture...: ...I can only guess you have hemorrhoids or a similar local area of transient irritation. If you see blood, definitely get checked. Certainly, I would advice to not wipe too vigorously. Commercial products are available for the symptoms you describe.
