i have a bump on the back of my leg, it's swole and hurts. red all around, and a little brownish color dot in the middle of it. spider bite? or what?

"Bump": It would help to know exactly where the bump is on the back of your leg.  Is it behind the knee?  If so it may be a Baker's cyst.  On the calf..and we need to think about a clot deep in the veins.  Anywhere else and the chances of a spider or insect bite go way up.  If so watch for signs of continued infection and see your doctor for further analysis.

Prob nothing but... : See your MD. They can tell you is it’s a simple infected cyst ( likely) or something more rare.

Skin infection: did you actually see a spider bite you? If not, the bump you describe is likely an abscess. In any event, it should be evaluated by a physician to determine the appropriate course of treatment (I &amp; D +/- antibiotics).

1- can you have a blood clot on the middle of your shin bone? mine were always in the back of the calf? 2- will the redness continue to spread with blood clot or will it shrink? i got bit by a spider on the shin but concerned of bc?

: Yes, you can have a "blood clot" in the skin anywhere and it is usually a result of trauma, unless the person has a bleeding disorder. You may watch and wait. Warm fomentation may facilitate resolution of the lesion.

Rash: Better to have it seen. It may be a spider bite or it may have become infected. Most bites are itchy, not painful. All the best.

Topical prescription: You would likely benefit from a prescription of a topical retinoid like tretinoin or adapalene which you use once daily at night after cleaning your skin. These help with both blackheads and whiteheads, as well as redness/inflammatory acne. You can also use a body cleanser with salicylic acid which you can find at the store. See your doc for their opinion.

i have tiny bumps on my buttocks, i scratch them & it comes off and it's a tiny black dot. there's no puss or redness so i don't think its acne?

Could be a stye,: With a pigment area of the skin not related to the swelling. Use moist heat compresses at least 4 times a day for 10 minutes at a time. Do this until it gets better. A great idea to have this examined by an ophthalmologist.

got bit by small spider.. it bit my back a month ago and there is no red markings but it hurts in that area. what should i do?

Exam advisable: If you cannot see or feel the painful area,I advise you to have a physician examine the area if it's bothering you significantly. There could be a small hematoma(blood clot) under the skin left over from the bite. However there could be an irritated nerve also as an aftermath of the bite. Neither of these conditions would be considered serious, however.
