Bed bug bites/spider: Bed bug bites are usually very itchy red bumps in multiple locations, often scattered around on the trunk and/or extremities. There's no pain. Black widow spiders leave only a tiny mark with 2 tiny holes in the skin initially, and there can be only 1 bite. After the bite, there is severe pain locally and in other parts of the body, nausea and vomiting, chills and abdominal pain.

Not great.: time, and bleaching. The bleach can cause scar/irritation and even make it worse. Laser bleaching like for tatoo removal is probalby the most sure fire method.

See below: Use Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and Hydrocortisone 1% cream.  The Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can reduce the itch and the Hydrocortisone can reduce the inflammation.

Unsure: If you were in the cast of the "Big Fat Greek Wedding", the answer would be yes. I do not see any therapeutic effect from it but it may soothe the itching a little. For itchy lesions, hydrocortisone cream works better. For sores, you may need an antibiotic.  Some bites (black widow, brown recluse spiders) often require medical attention.
