See doctor: It is not a good idea to scratch a mole, It would be prudent to see a doctor and consider getting it removed and have the tissue examined by a  pathologist.

i have a lot of black dots on my left part of the chest... these appears from 13 year and now i'm 20years old... any suggestions?

: Very hard to say without seeing these dots, but if present for 7 years already &amp; nothing obviously bad has occurred it could likely be a type of benign pigmented nevus/mole (not a skin cancer) I’d wonder if family history of something similar? &amp; what Drs who have seen you for wellness exams have thought about it 
    If you haven’t had a wellness exam lately I recommend that &amp; Dr may refer to Derm

i've had an indent in my chest all therw life.in the center i used to have a small black dot the size of a pincel led. over time its  now the size of a pincil eraser. wat could tha be?

Get the mole checked: It sounds like you are describing a mole. Any mole that changes size should be evaluated. See your doctor and have them take a look at it or see a dermatologist.

: Usually blocked skin pores and hair follicles. If.you are not lactating, you can use salicylic acid containing cleanser twice a week. See your dermatologist. Hope it helps.

Just watch: Tiny dot, just noticed, probably nothing but a small mole just appearing. Main thing to do is monitor the spot. If it quickly grows bigger, or changes in any significant way, then probably good idea to get it checked, like any other pigmented lesion that acts this way. Just being on the nipple doesn't mean it is anything worse, but if it changes get it checked.

i have just noticed a small black dot almost in the center of my nipple. it doesnt hurt. there is also another greyish dot next to it. its not an ingrown hair i have mo clue what it is?

: I assume there's no foreign material on your nipple. If there's any suspicion that this could be a new mole you should be examined by your physician, gynecologist or a dermatologist for evaluation and advice.

: It is difficult to tell you what it is unless it is seen. It is important to have somebody take a look at the spot and probably biopsy it to be certain about the nature of the spot. In view of the age it is important to not delay in having it evaluated, because the body immunity is not as strong as people get older.
