Just watch: Tiny dot, just noticed, probably nothing but a small mole just appearing. Main thing to do is monitor the spot. If it quickly grows bigger, or changes in any significant way, then probably good idea to get it checked, like any other pigmented lesion that acts this way. Just being on the nipple doesn't mean it is anything worse, but if it changes get it checked.
