Unknown: There is not scientific data to support use of cumin  oil for pancreatitis.  Do not drink alcohol and follow all diet and treatment recommended by your doctors

ETD: Eustachian Tube Dysfunction can be helped by frequent saline nasal washes and OTC stsroid nasal spray, read the labels carefully, no problem while nursing, keep the followup with an ENT specialist, wish you well

have had kidney transplant. is it safe to take zinc, magnesium, b vitamin and black cumin seed oil capsule. i am on cyclosporine, celcept, dilantin and phenobarbatol. thnx?

: The vitamins are usually safe in usual doses. Cumin seed oil is a spice concentrate which has antiinflammatory properties. There is limited data regarding drug interactions, so it may be best to avoid as a supplement.  Please discuss with your physician.

Can't be done: Anyone offering you a "natural" treatment to make gallstones disappear is scamming you. The methods you'll find online produce weird bowel movements that gullible people are told are their dissolved gallstones. They aren't, and the "purges" can land you in the intensive care unit. There are a few chemicals that gastroenterologists can use for small stones but results are variable. Be savvy.

Nothing: There is not medicine to dissolve gallstones naturally.  In fact, if there were such a medicine, i would be cautious in its use, as breaking up a stone makes it easier for the stone to pass into the biliary system potentially causing obstruction or pancreatitis.

i recently found out i have gallstones (4). i dont have insurance so they sent me home since it was not an emergency. fast forward to a month of barely eating, my stool is oily and had black pea size balls. should i be more concerned or go back?

: Gallstones in and of themselves, do not usually have to be removed unless you're a diabetic, or symptomatic with nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, back pain, or fever .  Why aren't you eating?  Do fatty foods make you sick?  Have you recently lost a lot of weight?
Your lack of insurance does not determine whether or not you need to have your gallbladder removed, your symptoms do.

had gallbladder removal 2 weeks ago.  had black pigment gallstones.  prior to surgery had back pain right upper side. yesterday and today pain is back?

Two possibilities: 1. "Ghost pain" from the AREA fwhich may have had some inflammatory reaction to your surgical procedure
2. the right upper side pain is due to some OTHER issue(s)
Consult first with the surgeon who removed your Gallbladder

Hemobillia : Hemobillia (blood in gastrointestinal tract from biliary oirign) is very rare. 
Obscure causes of intestinal bleeding are mostly from small bowel av malformations, tumors etc. Intermittent episodes of gastrointestinal bleeding remain difficult to diagnose despite capsule endoscopy.  
Angiography during an active episode of bleeding may provide a diagnosis.
Laparoscopy with small bowel examination is some times helpful.
Due to the intermittent ocassional episodes of blood loss a definite diagnosis is difficult to make.
