Breast lump: hard to know exactly what it is, the best thing to do is to go see a doctor for evaluation who may order a mammogram/breast sonogram

Bump on breast: Sounds like you are describing a "black head"  or blocked oil duct that has been exposed to air - turning it black.    Sometimes with pressure these can be expressed but if its not bothering you - best leave it alone.    Warm compresses may help to dislodge it as well.

Could be melanoma: Any black spots which are changing or growing in size needs to be evaluated by a dermatologist.   But I am hopeful this is just some other type of skin condition.  They are the experts - let them decide.

Small pimple chest: Just like on our face we can get pimples on the skin of the chest and back. Seems you have folliculitis, a pimple, would wash with soap and water keep clean try, bacitracin  and follow up wiht doctor/urgent care

Nose: You need to get your nose looked at and have it cultured to see if you are a staph carrier. If that bump on your breast is black and you diabetes it should be looked at today even if you have to go to the ER

Good : Good morning. I really hope that you head your doctor's advice and get this evaluated asap. The black material on pads could be old blood. For a woman who has gone through menopause, this type of change in menstrual pattern needs to be evaluated. You don't have the luxury to wait on getting these things examined.

Yes: Very common - red bumps, often like acne, are very common. If they seem different or strange to you, have your doctor check them right away.

Needs to be checked: Any new breast lump, bump or skin changes needs to be examined by your doctor.  Usually these findings are benign but they need to be evaluated to be sure. Multiple small lumps makes me think you are feeling milk ducts but only with  an exam can we be sure.
