'Spider" bite: A recurring area of blistering with fluid may not be due to a bug or spider bite, but rather to a localised viral infection called herpes simplex.  If you see your doctor when the blisters are present a culture of the fluid can be done to confirm if it is herpes.  If it is then treatment can be prescribed.  Hsv is an annoying but not serious condition.

Anal Fistula/Abscess: If these blisters are next to your anus they most likely represent a fistula that is trying to heal and resulting in abscess formation. The abscess fills with pus and hurts until it drains and the pain is relieved. You need surgical evaluation.

A picture needed: For skin conditions it's always helpful to have a picture of the area of concern that way we can make a better decision.
I'm not sure of the location of your concern however if you have bites or blisters I would consider either a viral herpetic infection for an insect bite.

Allergic response: This sounds like either a localised allergic response to the bites or development of an abscess. In any case  you need to get this examined by a doctor. If there is an abscess they will need to incise and drain it. If its a simple blister it is best drained under sterile conditions or it may get infected. Antihistamines may reduce the reaction. The blister is best kept covered.

Must be seen and: evaluated. Cannot be diagnosed online. You can try using 1% hydrocortisone cream (OTC)-for itching and swelling ; however, definitive diagnosis requires  direct examination
