Yes: It will heal on its own but it may tear worse or possibly bleed into the muscle if you keep on using it as you normally would. Please consider seeing your health care provider if it worsens or persists.

Get blood tested: If one family member has hepatitis b, all the family members should have their blood tested to see if they are immune to it due to past vaccinations, are cured from it after past infection, or are currently carrying it. The Hepatitis B Vaccine can be given if the person is not a carrier and is not immune to it already (as shown on blood tests).

No issue: These work on different parts of the GI tract and you might need the effect of both.  You can take them together as they do not cross react and are effective for their indications.

Folic acid: Taking Folic Acid or folate supplements has been shown to decrease the risk of spina bifida. But a pregnant woman must start taking it early in pregnancy. So if you are trying to get pregnant you should already be taking it or a multivitamin with 400 micrograms (0.4 mg) of folic acid. If you're already pregnant, take the same dosage if you're not on a pregnancy vitamin already.

I think so: Interesting question. I spent quite a bit of time researching this and have not found a definitive answer, but as far as i could tell they are different names for the same thing. If any doctors here have other information i hope they will share it.
I find magnesium glycinate/bis-glycinate and magnesium taurate to the best-absorbed and best-tolerated form of oral magnesium.

hello ive. had a very loose stomach since yesterday evening and been taking imodiun a/d & pesto bismo, & it seems to not be letting up ! what can i do ?

: If you have no symptoms to suggest a viral gastrointestinal tract infection, this could be mild food poisoning or a case of food intolerance. At this time, drink lots of room temperature liquids, eat only soft foods, not spicy or greasy. Be aware the peptobismol can make stools blackish. Your MD may be willing to order lomotil if diarrhea doesn't improve. ?stool culture to check for pathogens next
