Takes a couple of we: Chromosomal analysis does take time as the cells have to be cultured and grown for sometime before they divide and display their chromosomes. But it should not take more than 1-2 weeks to get the reports.

A Fertility clinic: The doctor ordering the semen analysis should be able to interpret it for you. Having said that, if you're trying to conceive a fertility clinic (reproductive endocrinology and infertility md) should be able to help if you're trying to conceive.

Semen Analysis: First I'd suggest ask the doctor who ordered it to explain it to you. If that's not possible, if you can write out clearly what the results are (please copy carefully and do not use your own abbreviations) we might be able to help review it online.

i had a urine analysis done and the results read urine cox 1/19 what does this mean?

Not urinalysis: I don't know what you are looking at but a standard urinalysis includes specific gravity (SG), pH, blood, nitrites, leukocyte esterase, ketones, glucose, protein, and then, if indicated a microscopic cell count that includes red and white blood cells, squamous cells, crystals, and misc debris. COX1 and COX 2 (not Cox) are inflammatory pathway metabolites measured in urine for research purposes.

See below: Most recent World Health Organization normal reference values (2010):
•Semen volume: &gt;1.5 ml 
•Sperm count: &gt;15 million/ml
•Total sperm number: &gt;39 million per ejaculate
•Vitality: &gt;58% live sperm
•Progressive motility:  &gt;32% 
•Total motility: &gt;40%
•Sperm morphology: &gt;4% normal forms

Other values that various labs may report:
•pH: 7.2-7.8
•White blood cells count: &lt;1 million cells/ml

Semen analysis: The volume is low, it should be between 2-5ml and you do not mention morphology(how the sperm look). A low volume could be due to loss of some of the seminal fluids during collection. A repeat test is indicated.

So far so good. : Good first result, but retesting is needed at weeks 12, 24 and 48 after a given potential exposure. And be safe out there. Protect yourself.

UTI: It seems like urinary tract infection. The presence of white blood cells in urine is a sign of infection and the numbers represent the colonies of bacteria. 
Check with your PCP for antibiotics treatment

What kind analysis?: If you are talking about psychoanalysis, it might have some impact if you drink enough to still be intoxicated the next day, or if you are "hung over." if you mean a urinalysis, it may show up if they are testing for alcohol, or alcohol metabolites (ethyl glucuronide or ethyl sulfide).

Normal 80% or more: If it means that less than 5% of the sperms are mobile, that is a serious deficiency as normally more than 80% are mobile. See this site for more info and discuss all of your test results with the doctor who ordered those.
