QTc over 440 is conc: Qtc over 440 indicates increased risk of torsade de points. You neglected to give the heart rate. Bazett's formula is not valid for rapid or slow heart rates. Also measurment is subjective because the end of the t wave may not be clearly defined. If your rate is faster than 60, subtract .02 for every 10 BPM over 60 to arrive at approx. Qtc.

Very: Bilirubin tests are very accurate in measuring the level of bilirubin.  An elevated bilirubin does not always necessarily indicated a severe disease and the bilirubin can be elevated for a number of reasons.

Depends: Your total bilirubin level is just above the upper limit of normal for most labs, but in isolation, it doesn't help in finding its root cause or knowing its significance.  Advise talking to your doctor about all your lab results.

0 to 1 by our lab: Depends slightly on lab used.  Our lab uses 0.0 to 1.0 fmg/dl or total bilirubin and 0.0 to 0.3 for direct bilirubin.  Direct/conjugated bilirubin can be elevated in liver/biliary system disease, and indirect/unconjugated bilirubin can go high with hemolysis (break-up of red blood cells in blood stream), can be a harmless inherited condition (eg gilbert's), and has various other causes.

More than ~1.5 mg/dL: Or thereabouts. Whether it means anything is another story. Folks with gilbert's hover between here and maybe 3-4 without being sick. Folks who have hemolysis from illness or extreme athletics run a high bilirubin that's well tolerated. Liver disease and bile duct obstruction are likely to raise bile salts and the jaundice is thus more unpleasant.

Find cause: Especially if it's indirect, you may just have gilbert's non-disease. Otherwise, your physician can help you find the cause. You may be tearing up red cells fast, taking a medication that slows bile excretion, or have something more ominous.

Bilirubin elevation: With a bilirubin at 16.8 he should be put under the bili lights unless you are breast feeding.
