Diarrhea: Given that you have had this for one and a half weeks and still with loose stools, I would recommend you see a provider for an evaluation.

cold burning from anal area all the way up to bladder area in 4 day bouts. gallbladder removed so could this be bile acid irritation? prostate ok.

No: Only if you have post gallbladder removal diarrhea wouldthis be considered. Se colon rectal surgeon.

i noticed that something is trying to come out of vagina. i had a hysterectomy 17 years ago. i also noticed a tissue coming out of anus. what's happening with me?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.  Your pelvic muscles may have weakened and stretched with age, especially if have been through childbirth.  It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a gynecologist. Kegel exercises may help. i can't go even taking mofm and lots of other laxatives. my stomach is very bloated and i can't eat down to 95 lbs. i have mucus coming out of anus?

Constipation: Constipation is common and source of many abdominal symptoms. A bowel regimen to achieve 2 soft bowel movements daily (water, juices up to 1.5 liters daily, fiber tablets, laxatives, stool softeners, probiotics) and walking are non-prescription tools you use to reach goal. If you have fever, vomiting, localized pain lasting over 40 minutes get evaluated.

Go to ER: You should get evaluated immediately if there is gross blood or bright red blood coming out of the anus, you may also a have a urinary tract or bladder infection if there is burning or acid feeling with urination.

Anal discharge: Could just be inflamed hemorrhoids, but at age 44, you should see a colon &amp; rectal specialist for further evaluation. Most likely that evaluation would be an office exam to check the hemorrhoids, check the stool for occult blood and probably colonoscopy.

never been tested anal for std. i have had 4 brief different sexual anal partners. what are my chances of having something in anus ? i have noticed a red sore/ hemmoroid looking thing coming out of anus. it has what i think is sores. what could it be?

: If concerned, testing for anal STD's is simple, relatively painless and rapid. See your in person primary care Dr and let them know about your concern. They can test in the office and send the sample for results.

how would my dr know if i had reflux from acid or from bile?

Reflux is common: Typically it may cause heartburn or a sour or bitter taste in the mouth. Overeating or laying down after a heavy meal may cause it to come on or get worse. caffeine and certain foods like spicy foods may cause your symptoms to get worse.   your doctor may suggest doing an upper Endoscopy to document changes. SOmetimes bacteria cause symptoms, and that should be investigated

Polinoidal Cyst?: If it is near your anus it probably is a polinoidal cyst or dimple. But certainly if it is that large it should be seen.
