Unlikely: If you are comfortable, baby is ok, however, it is somewhat difficult to believe that your bump is not in the way, make sure at your next OB visit, that the fetal growth is appropriate for your dates. Best Wishes

Maybe!: This could be a contact allergy, a folliculitis (infection around hair follicles), or puppp. Puppp is a pregnancy related condition where itchy red bumps start in the stretch marks. They can join to form larger itchy plaques. Puppp usually occurs around 35 weeks but can start earlier. Treatment is usually aimed at the symptoms. None of those conditions are dangerous.

Unsure: There are several skin conditions that arise during pregnancy - most are benign and only require treatment if there is discomfort associated.  You should have your doctor take a look at your next appointment.

See your DR: Possible intertrigo, seborrheic dermatitis. If it spreads, consider PUPPPS. Meanwhile, try OTC hydrocortisone, Miconazole creams. Can use together.

Could be both: Round ligament stretching from the growth of the uterus can cause braxton-hicks ontractions. Labor will increase their frequency, intervals, and intensity and unlikely at 22 weeks.

PUPPP: Pruritic and urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy - now you know why it's called the puppp rash.      It's a skin change in pregnancy without an obvious cause, but felt to be related to pregnancy hormones.     Topical, or sometime oral, steroids are used to alleviate symptoms.

That totally depends: on how far along the woman is in her pregnancy. Later in pregnancy the uterus will extend higher than the navel.

Belly Bump: I think you can go see another doctor if this is still there and get their opinion.  It is hard to give an opinion on this problem because we can not see you over the internet.  Hope this helps.

Like non PG belly: At six weeks of pregnancy, the uterus is still contained within the pelvis and will not produce an abdominal "baby bump" until at least 12 weeks+ gestation.
