Yes it could : A muscle strain or tear in the biceps could cause pain in the elbow . The biceps tendon inserts on the radial tuberosity of the radius bone of the proximal forearm. Biceps strains in young people generally cause pain where the muscle has been injured, however.So pain where u are describing it would be unusual. More commonly the flexor/ pronator muscle group would cause medial elbow pain.

Likely Unrelated: It is quite unusual for someone to have pain in the back of the elbow after a shoulder surgery. Nothing is impossible, however, so i would bring it up with your shoulder surgeon at your next visit just in case.

Handle conservative:  A steroid injection and several weeks of physical therapy should stabilize.  The extent of the tear might prompt arthroscopic intervention and a consultation with an orthopedic surgeon is clearly the next step, but would start with noninvasive therapy.

my elbow was replace but now i am my elbow is on his place but it still pain when i bend my elbow ..it start paining from near my bicep side..

Follow up: I would make a followup appointment to discuss with your surgeon.  It could be related to some scar tissue in the area and might respond to for ther therapy.  A good checkup and xray to ensure the replacement itself is in good position and is functioning like it should be would be a good place to start.

See a physician: You should consult a sports medicine physician . My guess is you are probably suffering from biciptal tendonitis which can be treated with non steroidal anti inflammatory medication or steroid  injection and physical therapy. If you notice any deformity of your biceps muscle you probably torn your biceps muscle. This can only be diagnosed my physical examination and some imaging studies like mri.

Elbow pain: Hyper extention of elbow can cause pain to anyone.  You are probably injuring your elbow with some activity you do everyday.  Try to analyse what you are doing and which arm it is.  Even working at the computer with the mouse can cause pain.  When you find the cause then try to rest the affected area.  Ice packs help.  Change of position at work or at computer might help.  Look for the cause.

today i tried doing bicep curls since highschool and my elbow started hurting really bad like it was going to break. it was only 5 pounds.whats wrong?

Get checked: That kind of severe pain without clear injury can suggest something is out of place (dislocated), or something is caught where it shouldn't be, such as a ligament inside the joint being pinched. Both unusual without some injury though. Need more info to make clear diagnosis as fractures, infections, inflammation (bursitis, tendinitis) can also cause pain.
