Bartholins: They need to be incised and drained with a catheter placed ,to allow continuous drainage until the cyst is empty, then closure of the opening over several weeks. These cysts can reoccur. If so will need a procedure called marsupialization

Swelling: I suspect that the swollen mass under your jaw may not be associated with the cysts near your vagina. If this is a submandibular lymph node it could be related to inflammation or infection.

2 different issues: A Bartholin’s cyst does not require any treatment until it becomes infected. People can live with them for years and years. The mons cyst needs a diagnosis. An Obgyn needs to see it to determine what it is and what might be causing it before we can offer any suggestions. If the mons cyst if visible clearly then consider a virtual visit for a preliminary analysis

Not necessarily: The swab of the cyst was looking for bacteria only in the cyst (usually staph, strep, or ecoli). Chalmydia and other STD swabs are obtained from inside the vagina/cervix AND are grown on specific media.  Two different processes.

i just had a bartholin gland cyst removed and stitched up and its been almost two weeks since procedure. ive tried epsom salt baths, but they aren't treating any pain along with pills. what can i do to get rid of this pain? )?

: It may be useful to talk to the doctor who performed the surgery. Sometimes the scar entraps a local nerve that makes it painful.

Bartholin Cyst: Needs to be seen, opened, drained and a catheter placed to complete the drainage and help with proper healing so it doesn't reoccur. Find someone who you can be comfortable with. These are professionals who look at your problem, not you. All the best. Keep the area clean in the shower 1-2 times a day. Your doctor may also choose to put you on an antibiotic.

Lubrication: Bartholin's glands are located to either side of the opening of the vagina. They are normally small pea sized glands that secrete a fluid for lubrication of the vagina. If they become inflamed they can enlarge and become problematic.
