Scoliosis: Many people have mild scoliosis that need not be treated.  If you have symptoms, consultation with an orthopedic surgeon to evaluate whether the scoliosis could be causing your symptoms is in order.  Start with your primary care physician.

However, this is not the reason such medications are prescribed; they're prescribed to ameliorate painful symptoms of depression and psychosis. There are no medications made to specifically "get rid of" emotions. That would be a very unnatural state for a person.

It : It can be considered localized adiposity.  Unfortunately excessive fat collection is determined genetically as you gain extra weight.  Some gain it in their hips, others their buttocks and yet others, their thigh or abdomen.  At this point, you are unfortunately unable to spot lose weight in one specific area.  These areas of localized adiposity can potentially be treated with traditional or ultrasonic liposuction as long as the skin laxity is not too decreased in that area.  If the skin is too loose or relaxed, you may then require a thigh lift type of procedure to get rid of extra skin.

Yes: The only way to maybe get rid of these is through laser removal. More importantly though... Why do you want them removed? Are they very large? They are normal but some sexual partners may be concerned that they look like an std. If they are very unsightly you may want to see a dermatologist although getting them removed will painful.

However, very little has been written about this condition in scientific articles or textbooks and scientific studies have failed to produce a definite cause. Possible causes include: "stress, gastrointestinal upset, menstruation, acidic or sour food, smoking, and local trauma" (direct physical irritation) of the tongue

Could be irritation: Could also be sign of an infection known as folliculitis.  You could try some medicated lotions like gold bond however, i always think it is best to have a professional look at it to determine if it is simply irritation, or an infection so that you may receive the proper treatment. Penniculus, obesity: Fastest and most assured way id either surgical excision, or liposuction.
