Dialysis: If you have access to a hemodialysis machine and some helpful friends who know how to use it. Beyond this, forget it. We all make mistakes. All young people explore and try doing goofy things -- it's part of growing up. Do not operate a motor vehicle while you're drunk, and make sure you have a sober friend to look out for you. Be safe.

Genetics: We all have differences from each other due to genetics, including gender and nutrition. The rates at which various chemicals, including alcohol, are metabolized, vary among people and explains how long after the last drink etg may be detectable.
Alcohol is a poison and you should abstain.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Alcohol and water: Drinking waters merely dilutes the alcohol in the stomach. Its the liver that clears the alcohol and this is not dependent on the dilution.

Accepted Answer

Do not drink: Blood alcohol levels will not be abnormal at 24 hours after a drink. However there are other tests that can detect alcohol intake up to 80 hours earlier. It would depend on what test is being done. Some tests are positive for two weeks after the drink in a chronic drinker.  See this site for info.

Probably not: I'm not aware that it does, but regardless, you shouldn't mix the two because you can die from the combined CNS depressant actions of both substances. I would advise never mixing the two just to be on the safe side.

Wait 24 hrs: It's never safe to get drunk. The effects of acetaminophen (Tylenol) and alcohol on the liver occur with chronic use so you can drink in 24 hrs.

Alcohol: I don't believe people have drug or alcohol problems. I do, on the other hand, believe they have emotional problems and that they use drugs and alcohol to cope. Speak with a reputable psychotherapist about what is bothering you emotionally, and consider going to 12 step meetings. Find one that is right for you.
