Apparently this is: a nutritional supplement for those with a depressed appetite manufactured/sold in the Philippines.Even though this may be available over the counter, I wouldn't take it without checking with my doctor. Buclizine in it may interact with other drugs/alcohol. I am most concerned about why you need an appetite stimulant.Are you depressed? If you just want to gain weight, eat more high quality calories

Only if low: Vitamin B infusions may help if found to be low, but otherwise not likely to help if trying to conceive. Best would be to get established with  Ob-Gyn that will be able to help if trying to conceive.

It depends on: if you have any nutritional deficiencies, reasons for a nutritionally incomplete diet or malabsorption syndromes.  Remember if you don't have any defined nutritional deficiencies you are better off getting your micronutrients like the B vitamins from whole foods rather than from supplementation.  Alternatively if all you have is a B12 deficiency then you should be fine with a B12 supplement.

Probably not: The question is why are you depressed?The answer can be best reached with thh help of a psychologist or psychiatrist. Don't search for answers in pills until you fully understand the root cause of your depression.  Vitamin pills do nothing if you don't have a deficiency.

Good question: B12 is typically given under the tongue (pill or liquid)  or by shot. Although there is some B12 in b complex pills chances our its not enough or can't be properly absorbed by the last 5 inches of your small intestine. (B12 absorbtion requires first binding to intrinsic factor made in the stomach ) either the stomach is dammaged or the small intestine has a problems. B complex varies in content.

Helps nerves: Vitamin b is a good vitamin for nerve health.  It won't cure a nerve impingement or an underlying disease affecting your nerves, but it can be used as an adjunct with concommitant treatment.
