Several options!: First, you are getting this answer from a physician who was a competitive weightifter. And you are assuming your pain was caused by weightlifting.  If so, you need to take Naproxen or alternative at full strength, and consider getting voltaren (diclofenac) patches to place directly on the affected area.  You should see a doctor if this doesn't work. Weightlifting is a great sporting activity!

Depressant meds!: It is harder to ejaculate while on muscle relaxers and narcotic pain medications since they act to depress the nervous system. In order to ejaculate, the blood flow to the penis must increase causing erection. Excitation is harder to achieve for some individuals while taking these type of depressant meds.

Eliminate the cause: Did you have an injury or dental work done on the front of your teeth?  If so, this is one major cause of your problem.  You will need to see a QRA Practitioner to identify if this has reflected to your bladder and your ovaries.  You may also be Iodine deficient.  This will affect your ovaries and thus affect your bladder.

what kind of "painkillers?" It could be irritation from them or another "pulled" muscle or result of compensating for the first pulled muscle. Or maybe a completely different problem. Or, or maybe from an alien probe! In other words sorry, not enough info--so go back to your doctor

Tizanidine: All doctors tend to have their 'favorite' one.  I prefer tizanidine (zanaflex) because it is not as sedating and seems to help more than cyclobenzaprine (flexeril).
