No: Sperm don't cause yeast infections.  Frequent sex doesn't directly cause them either.  However, trauma, lubricants, other irritants, etc related to intercourse can disrupt the normal vaginal protection and give you a yeast infection.   Best wishes!

Vaginal discharge: Your discharge could either be the result of the effect of hormones on your vaginal secretions (such as Progesterone following ovulation or an early pregnancy), or an infection. If it continues, you should see your gynecologist for an evaluation.

Within a very short time upon ejaculation of normal healthy mobile sperms into your vagina, hundreds of thousands sperms enter a receptive mid cycle cervical canal on their way to the uterus/tubes (and ?egg)

Rec: one day: They are all similarly effective and generic is fine. Since you're so close to delivery i recommend a one day treatment. Congrats in advance on your baby!

is it possible to get a yeast infection while using the pulling-out method?

Yes: Pulling out (often caused coitus interruptus)  has no influence on whether or not you get a yeast infection.  Yeast infections are often related to recent use of antibiotics, hot environments, or hormones (like taking a birth control pill).  And pulling out is really not a very safe method of avoiding pregnancy, because small amounts of sperm can leak out before ejaculation ("coming").
