Burn treatment: Burns are quite dangerous because the skin, the outer layer of protection is compromised. Any serious or severe burns need to be treated in a burn center. Definitely I would talk to a doctor about the extent of any more minor burns. These areas primarily need protection from further injury or contamination from the environment. A topical antibiotic like Silvadene may help, but seek a doc for help

Maybe: The only way to really find out is to be seen by the doctor and be examined. You may also need a chest x-ray to see if it is consistent with a pneumonia. A cough does not always mean a bacterial infection that needs antibiotic therapy.

Probably fine: I would verify the kid has his/her tetanus up to date (normally has booster at 4-5) and keep the wound clean.That should be sufficient. Look at it daily to be sure no signs of infection show up.

Well, yes, but: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them and you'd want to watch for infection. Tightness occurs mostly when it is healing correctly. The ingredients in lotions and antibiotic cremes overlap significantly, and would moisturize but still protect from infection.

Oh my gosh - did : You use a peel on the delicate tissues of your vulva or worse yet - in the vagina?  Peels are never to be used on that part of the body. The only responsible recommendation i can make at this point is to seek medical evaluation. It will help to determine the extent of injury caused.

See physician : See a gynecologist or dermatologist to see if the bumps are due to folliculitis, boils, or hidradenitis or another issue. They may culture the area and prescribe oral antibiotics if appropriate.

Itch: After antibiotic treatment your vaginal flora could have change.  I think it may be a yeast infection.  You need an u/a and may need antibiotics for uti, secondary to what you took.

i took antibiotic (1 dose 2 tablets) for chylamidia and it's the end of day 2 and i'm still peeing a lot and my penis kinda still burns when i pee. i feel tired and haven't eaten a lot. when do you think i will get better?

Not unusual but: Still having the problems you are having is not rare BUT if they continue return to your doctor for follow up in the meantime no intercourse for at least a week
