Your biopsy is normal. Discuss with your doctor if still concerned.

Talk to your MD: You need to talk to your GYN MD about the pap smear results. The benign squamous mucosa is consistent with the upper vaginal wall. The Endosalpingiosis suggests a portion of a Fallopian tube is "trapped" in the vaginal cuff and may produce future  vaginal bleeding.

Hyperkeratosis: The tongue is covered with squamous epithelium or mucosa, therefore, they said it was benign or normal squamous mucosa with hyperkeratosis. This word means that there is cellular build up on top of this normal area. Hyperkeratosis is like a callous or thickening of the normal mucosa. Overall, nothing to worry about.
