Usually not: These disorders are caused by red cells extravasating into the skin and causing discoloration.  They typically show up on dependent areas of the body.  This is why pressure stocking and elevation help the problem.

Biopsy repair: This may be repair from the previous biopsy where there is often a little bit of hemorrhage which with time causes pigmentation as the blood is reabsorbed  by white blood cells.

small freckle on my palm derm thought it was a lentigo, she said she was not concerned about it. i am worried bc the pigment was in the ridges and i read that thats bad. are there benign causes for pigment in ridges? it was about 2mm and one color?

Incomplete removal: Shave biopsy of a mole is not a good practice. Please see a dermatologist for proper treatment.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex.

Yes: If you have had a mole suspicious enough to require a biopsy, you should be checked every 6 months for at least a couple of years.  It's concerning that there is still some pigment there.  Ask for an explanation.

new(not sure) 2 black spot inside each lower eyelid in same place(outer corner). only visible when lid pull down. not raised, no other symptoms. no significant eyesight change. new moles? benign pigmentation issues? i'm scared it could be cancer.help?
