Only calories!: There is little saturated fat in olive oil, which primarily is monosaturated fat, the fat with health benefits, and which also moderates your cholesterol and increases hdl.  The only downside is the extra calories.  If you are on a low carbohydrate lifestyle, it wouldn't matter.  But on a conventional diet it would.  It is a good idea to replace saturated fat with monsaturated fat when you can!

Not healthy to fry: Olive oil is one of the healthiest oils but not a good choice for frying- it has a low "smoke point, " meaning it becomes unhealthy when heated above 325 degrees. You can use it for sauteeing at low temperatures. Better choices for frying are coconut, safflower, rice bran & avocado oils. Keep fried foods to a minimum. Rule 1: Eat healthy : There is little evidence for what nutrients trigger nausea in certain women in early pregnancy. So unfortunately some must select compatible foods by trial and error. Because there have been many studies showing the benefits of olive oil over other oils, it would be advisable for women to try those first, in proper amounts. Then they should see their physician and nutritionist if nausea persists.

No proof: There is no proof of any benefit nor of safety from cleansing, regardless of regimen. There is no proof that any toxic stool builds up in your colon. Just eat plenty of fruits & vegetables on a daily basis. While i can't speak for south africa, in the states, we recommend screening colonoscopy for low risk patients beginning at 50yo. Prep for that will clean out bowels but not necessary every mont.
