Hydration: There are reports of some of these contributing some health benefits.   There is no great evidence for this.  Drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day is good for you and if these ingredients help you do this, that is wonderful.

Not with chest pain: Garlic might help a tiny bit with your cholesterol, but it will not help chest pain.  Honey I have not heard of as doing anything for the cardiovascular system.  Better to get all of your heart risk factors under control with the help of a physician.  If the chest pain has been determined not to be from the heart, then perhaps you can stop worrying.

Hypertension: "help lower risk" is very different from "cure hypertension."  some juices may be healthy when they contain antioxidants, like garlic.  You really need to keep a close watch on your blood pressure, because even without symptoms it can still be high and affecting your organs (like blood vessels, heart, brain, and kidneys, etc). Please work with your doctor, and don't rely on juices alone.

Get urgent care for difficulty breathing

Maybe wound healing: Although this isn't conclusive, and like all supplements/otc/"natural remedies", this is an industry that isn't well regulated - meaning you can't always trust that it's not contaminated, and it contains what it says it contains.  Personally, i'm not going to be spreading honey on my scrapes anytime soon. I'm going to wait for more conclusive studies... And stick to bandaids in the meantime.
