Yes: May cause some over sedation, but some people have neurologic reactions to reglan (metoclopramide) that the benadryl may counteract.  Not sure if would have a additive effect on migraine pain though.

Yes you can: those three meds can be taken together especially at night; the main side effect of concern is sedation  Thus nighttime dosing.  Good luck.

Benadryl (diphenhydramine): Benadryl varies in its exit from the body. If you are a slow metabolizer it could take up to 36 hours. Reglan (metoclopramide) is a dopamine blocker and typically does not cause excessive drowsiness

Melatonin: Generally Melatoin and Bendadryl are safe for sleep.  The melatonin can be taken up to 10 mg at bedtime. In general, over 10 mg does not show any more benefit . However, most people get help with 2 mg to 5mg.  I would look into why your are not sleeping. Anxiety, stimulants, hectic life style. NOT USUALLY: I am not fully aware of any connection between Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and migraine, other than a relationship btwn allergic rhinitis in migraine sufferers and then ingestion of antihistamines for relief.  Most meds seem to be associated with headaches due to frequency of headaches, and perhaps this explains some of the data.

Doesn't work well: However, might help you fall asleep which secondarily could end that migraine attack.  Aleve (naproxen) seems to work better, but you need about 375 to 500 mg total.  You could take aleve (naproxen) thrice daily, which might prevent migraine attacks, but could upset your stomach.  Maybe try riboflavin, vitamin b-2 as another preventative.
