Yes: You can give him 5 mg( don't know in teaspoons because it depends on the concentration you buy so read the label closely) every 6 hours. Do not put cremes in open sores or fresh skin

i'm taking clindamycin for an infection on my face. 3 capsules 3 times a day for 5 days 150mg yesterday after my first dose my body started itching. no rashes but it itches i'm afraid to take benadryl since i'm breastfeeding my 4 month old daughter. ?

Benadryl safe: Benadryl is safe to use while breastfeeding although it may decrease the volume of breastmilk produced. However you should contact your doctor who prescribed the clindamycin and let them know you are itching.  You may need to stop the clindamycin and switch to another antibiotic.

I wouldn't think so: If your kid is an average weight the recommended dose would have been 6.4ml which is not far off from the 7.5 ml you gave. Often we just recommend 1tsp / 25lb as a basic dose. The med is a bit sedation at any dose to some some have the opposite response & become excitable.
