Where tissue connect: The lining of the abdomen called peritoneum all bunches together at the belly button therefore anything that moves or irritates those tissues can result in discomfort or stretching in that area.

Yes: Feeling tired and having pain around the incision is normal.  If there is redness, firmness or drainage around the incision, or if your are having fevers you should let your gyn know ASAP.  Good luck.

See a dr: I am not sure of your problem but it could be an infection of some skin structure( like a boil) or it could be an umbilical hernia that is incarcerated with fat. See a surgeon.

Headache,nausea are nonspecific.?viral

See your doctor: the combination of ibuprofen and alcohol can cause more stomach irritation than either of them alone, and you could have esophagitis, gastritis or duodenitis, inflammation of those areas.  This inflammation can lead to ulcers and/or bleeding as well. It may be gall bladder and unrelated. I would see your doctor as soon as possible or go to an urgent care center.
