Hernia: In my experience the most commong cause is a hernia of the umbillicus or belly button.  This can occur even in young women, often after pregnancy, after surgery made through the umbillicus such as laparoscopy and sometimes for no obvious reason at all.  Best to see a doctor and let them examine you and make a recommendation as to what it is and how best to treat.

Umbilical Hernia: Symptoms of an umbilical hernia include a knot or bulge near the umbilicus. The size of the bulge may increase during lifting, laughing, straining, or coughing. Usually, the bulge can be pushed back into the abdomen. Symptoms of a serious umbilical hernia may include hernia pain or swelling, abdominal pain, abdominal swelling, vomiting, constipation, or fever. See your doctor as soon as possible.

See a doctor ASAP: This sounds quite serious and there should be no delay in seeking medical attention.  There is no way to tell whether this is coming from within the abdominal cavity or the pain is due to skin or facial plane infection, but in any event this needs immediate evaluation and care. Injury: If this is an abdominal wall strain or tear it would call for rest from exercises that strain the abdominal muscles. If you've continued your weight training the injury will not heal. If you're rested appropriately and symptoms persist, I recommend consulting an abdominal surgeon for evaluation and advice.

3 weeks ago, got up from couch & felt tear below belly button.  no hernia bulge.had ultrasound, clear. stomach pressure when bending . what next?

Should subside: While the sensation of a tear often means that you have torn part of a tendon that connects a muscle to its insertion, it is not likely to require treatment and, generally, the pressure will gradually go away.  Unless symptoms increase or persist to a disturbing degree, there is no "next".  If those problem do occur, see your physiian.

Hernia: It sounds like you may have a small umbilical hernia.  The only way to definitively diagnose it would be by seeing your physician.  These types of hernias may be sore or tender, but if the bulge becomes large or painful, it may become an emergency.  I would get this checked out at your earliest convenience.
