Wouldn't advise it: any more than I would advise taking an opioid by any other means for no good medical reason.  All opioids can cause a euphoric sensation - the "rush" - but at the cost of a horrendous physical dependency that, in many, quickly turns into addiction.  The number of people in the US with this addiction has already increased ten-fold because of prescription opiates - don't add yourself to statistics.

Belladonna PB: It sounds like you're talking about belladonna with phenobarbitol -- maybe for irritable bowel syndrome?  This will slow down your bowel, and the phenobarb will calm anxiety.  I suggest asking the doctor who prescribed this, for specific instructions on when ; how to use it.

Heart disease: Opium use is not good for any heart problem. Opium causes negative membrane effects which with chronic use can impair myocardial function.

Not recommended: Belladonna is commercially available over-the-counter (otc) for short-term use as "earache tablets" and as a "leg cramp" preparation. Belladonna can not be recommended otc as an anti-emetic, nor without physician oversight or prescription would safe dosing be possible.  If you have nausea that persists, the list of possible diagnoses is very long.  Please get check rather than self-medicating.
