Pain : Pain in this area is very tricky since there are many organ systems involving the left abdomen/side. 
- stomach - problems such as gastroesophageal reflux, gastritis, and stomach ulcers can cause pain in these areas - usually worse with eating and worse while laying down 
- pancreas - pancreatitis, pancreatic stones/blockages can cause epigastric pain, sometimes radiating to the back 
- intestinal - duodenal ulcers, infections and constipation can cause pain there because the colon loops up into that area 
- kidney - kidney stones or infections can cause pain in the left upper quadrant, though many people feel it in their backs. 
- gyne - ovarian pain from a cyst or even an infection from a sexually transmitted disease can cause pain in the left upper quadrant.

And all those are just a few of the things that could be going on. So, your best option is to be seen by a doctor and examined to determine the cause of your pain.

Reasons to go to the er are: 
- high fever 
- bloody stool 
- bright green or bloody vomit 
- severe or worsening pain 
- difficulty breathing.

sometimes when i burp, i get very small amounts of blood in my saliva. it usually happens when i have indigestion. i have no walk or excersice. i eat only fruits and vegetables. ?

MMMmmm: Ok, perhaps you should eat some carbohydrates too? You could have gastritis causing small bleeds and reflux? But really you probably need to widen your diet? CAn I refer you to a dietician?

Exam: Your symptoms related to brisk exercise are worrisome. I suggest a full cardiac/medical  workup including a stress test, EKG and blood testing. Please do not exercise until cleared from a cardiac point of view.

i have adult ear tubes, placed 11/4/19. i constantly experience loud rubber snapping/drumming sounds when i chew, walk, burp, or sneeze.  also i hear my heartbeat loudly in my ears frequently, as well as pain, discomfort, itching & dizziness?

Dislodged?: Sounds like at least one tube has dislodged, and is no longer effective resulting in your symptoms. While you may benefit from a decongestant, see you ENT for a review to check the placement of your tubes.

GERD: or Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease can cause the constellation of symptoms you mentioned and definitely can worsen asthma symptoms.You want to see your doctor, meanwhile, take your asthma medicines, controller and rescue medicines, as prescribed, try OTC antacids/PPI as omeprazole, unless contraindicated, read the labels carefully, best wishes
