It varies: This varies by brand but we can make some reasonable generalizations. Most regular beers are about 5% alcohol, and most "light beers" are closer to 4%. If you want to know for sure, you may have to look it up for a particular brand or call the company. So about 5 light beers = 4 regular beers. Clearly you can get drunk on both so be careful! Many causes: There many causes of low sodium. They include medicines, drinking too much water, kidney disease, adrenal disease, etc. There are tests which can help determine the cause. Her doctor should be able to figure it out.

Unlikely: Alcohol does not do anybody any good. Occasional beer may not do much harm, however, you are better off without it.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Would help but...: That sounds like a helpful measure but I doubt anyone knows for certain just how much of those would be needed.
While it may be occasionally OK to drink that much beer (as long as you don't drive afterwards) I'd encourage you to only do so on rare occasions.The latest research shows averaging more than 1 drink a day has negative consequences, increasing risk of cancer, liver disease, diabetes etc.

Unwise.: Alcohol wold be expected to affect the metabolism of both drugs; and it can also bring out side effects that wouldn't be there otherwise.  You mention two antibiotics, so presumably you are treating an infection; alcohol interferes with your immune responses to an infection.

NOT really: Sodium content of saltwaterr fish vs. Fish water fish is apron.  Equal. Shellfish ( clam, oysters) and crucateans (crabs, shrimp lobsters) has 3-4 x  the sodium per dry weight. Unless the fish is pickled (like herring) or actually slated there should be not restriction in a weight builders diet.

All is possible: but you haven't said what kind of reaction it is, so it may or may not be true "allergy" - an immune response to a foreign substance, usually a protein. There are many agents in alcoholic beverages besides the alcohol, including flavorings, colorings, and what remains of whatever was fermented to produce the alcohol. Allergies to any and all of these are possible. You need to describe reaction.
