Many things: Have a physical first with your primary care doctor to rule out general health issues. 
Joint problems, muscle or tissue injuries from work or sports, inflammatory processes associated with a flu or virus, or vein disease are just a few. A venous ultrasound by a vein specialist will find or rule out an underlying medical vein problem that causes leg symptoms.

Leg pain: More than likely these are muscular symptoms, perhaps related to some degree of tightness and not characteristic of phlebitis. Lack of tenderness,leg swelling or pedal edema are all reassuring. If you still have concerns, consult your physician or a vascular surgeon for evaluation and advice.

Leg cramps may be caused by the additional weight gain of pregnancy and circulatory changes.Pressure from the growing baby may be placed on nerves and blood vessels going to legs. I would review with your OB

You'll need to see a doctor &amp; go over your history (what started the pain, where it's located, what makes it worse, what makes it better, what helps, what hurts) to get to the bottom of it. It can b done w/o fancy MRI/tests

Muscles!!!!: Think flesh/tissue and not bone/ligament/disc/nerves with chronic pain! begin a self-care with a wellness program of vits, magnesium glycinate, sleep hygiene, exercise, self massage, chiropractor, yoga, heat, epsom tub soaking, stretching all are needed.  In my practice I use acupuncture and myofascial tissue release with trigger points w lidocaine.

Probably: Probably need to see a doctor if it's been painful for 2 weeks.  Where is the pain in the leg, front? Back?  Near calf or near ankle?  Could be a stress fracture, shin splints, dvt, exersional compartmental syndrome, etc.
