Otherwise, large local reaction to insect or bee sting can be managed in the clinic. When the swelling is that severe and does not respond to home remedies, you should bring him to see a local physician. He might need a burst dose of oral steroid.

If you develop wheezing, swelling of upper airways or sob see er asap.
