my feet feel hot at night in bed, i have to keep them outside the covers, what is the cause?

Normal: We loose heat through our extremities (hands, and feet) and our ears and nose. That is why in winter time you have to keep these parts more covered than the rest. So if you are not feeling any burning sensation in your feet and they just feel hot and by keeping them out you feel better, I do not believe there is anything wrong. However, go see a podiatrist or let your doctor know.

when getting in bed felt and heard a loud pop in center of chest. it was loud enough my wife heard a few feet away. what happened?

Pop: it was probably a muscle or tendon crossing over bone and should be self limiting and cause you no problem

my son is 28 month old 28 pound and almost three feet . when is the right time to transition him to bed . he does not seems comfortable in crib anymor?

Fine: The transition to a bed is more a safety issue than a timeline. If the kid can stand up and attempt to crawl out, it is past time to get him to a lower position closer to the floor. You can put the baby mattress on the floor against the wall to soften the change.There are roll bars you can by or make to prevent his rolling off the mattress.

Both?: Both readings are accurate. It is recommended to check blood pressure in sitting position after a couple minutes of rest. Blood pressure is dynamic and changes constantly depending on your body and mind.

Depends: You could be experiencing raynaud's or could even have peripheral vascular disease. The former is a vasospastic disease (the vessels contract in response to a cold stimulus) and the latter is an occlusive disease. For a proper treatment recommendation, a thorough history, clinical evaluation and testing would likely be needed.

Multiple reasons: A common complaint of patients with plantar fasciitis is morning pain when first stepping out of the bed.  Arthritis pain can also be worse before getting "stretched" out in the morning.  A long list of other things cause foot pain.

If you feel the: Warmth feeling is not normal i would see a doctor and include neuropathy/radiculopathy in the differential diagnosis.

RLS: You may have restless leg syndrome. Have your doctor check your blood ferritin levels to see if its low.

Yes: Athletes foot, or a fungal infection can be caught by direct contact. Both you and your husband need to be treated to eradicate the fungus, as well as the tiles in the bathroom to prevent reinfection. Lamisil (terbinafine) is an o/c antifungal cream. If it is resistant to non - prescription see a doctor for prescription antifungals.

my 8 month old baby fell off a king sized bed about 3 feet tall.  he cried for about 2-3 minutes.  is he ok?

Quick cry, prob OK: Babies can move and fall in the most amazing ways- that is why people get so frantic about child-'proofing' things.  If your baby fell, especially onto carpet or a rug, cried immediately, and then was normal in behavior, then all is probably ok.  However, if you are unsure if he is acting normally, please see a dr for an exam. Ed worthy: baby very sleepy, vomiting, bruising around eyes, or worry!
