Fad diets dangerous: This fad diet is not safe or effective and i would advise you to stop the insanity. This is one more fad diets that looks 'clinical'
but is designed to make some people rich and to keep it's clients obese.

That much caffeine is well known to cause diarrhea and other GI upset.  

You will return to normal when you stop this product.

Green tea: Green tea should be ok.  Honestly I do not know about green coffee bean.  It would be best to ask your neurologist.

It's your money: Evidence-based medicine works out of a dysfunctional system but is based on real science and tells you accurately what is going on. Green coffee was promoted for weight loss by a naturopath on dr. Oz based on a tiny unreplicated study by the pill-maker itself in a junk journal. Go ahead if you want, and think also about what you owe yourself -- find a fitness activity that you really enjoy.

my temples are swollen+ sore. just above my right side temple there is a swollen bump that is extremely sore.  there is so much pressure by my temples. i've taken pain medication and have a heated bean bag on my temples. but i'm not sure what to do.

Need to see doctor: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor as your symptoms suggest temporal arteritis. If it is the case, your vision is at risk and you should see a doctor without delay.

does eating beans such as black beans, kidney beans and chickpeas interfere with absorption of thyroid medication if eaten at least 6 hours after taking medication. i eat them for lunch and dinner multiple days a week as i dont eat meat. ?

Take hormone alone: Good afternoon,
Vitamin supplements, some prescription medications and food can decrease absorption thyroid hormone absorption but 6 hrs as you describe should be fine. It’s recommended that thyroid hormone be taken by itself, with no food or other medications on an empty stomach.

Migraines: Migraines have to be fully evaluated. Brain MRI, at times even Vascular assessment. BP checks. If no cause then Injections, New CGRP drugs (very safe), Sphenopalatine blocks etc.. may be options even IV Ketamine

Depends on complianc: White bean extract is supposed to boost metabolism and block carbohydrate absorption. However few good studies have been done and those studies show inconsistent results. Appears safe only diarrhea and other mild GI symptoms and reduction of blood sugars have been described. One study showing subjects who were very compliant with the study did show good results.

White Beans and Diet: Nope.  If there was a product that really led to sustained weight loss and better health it would be talked about on every media and websites in the world. Every physician would be recommending it. It would not be a 'trick' or secret.
