but is designed to make some people rich and to keep it's clients obese.

That much caffeine is well known to cause diarrhea and other GI upset.  

You will return to normal when you stop this product.

Green coffee was promoted for weight loss by a naturopath on dr. Oz based on a tiny unreplicated study by the pill-maker itself in a junk journal. Go ahead if you want, and think also about what you owe yourself -- find a fitness activity that you really enjoy.

my temples are swollen+ sore. just above my right side temple there is a swollen bump that is extremely sore.  there is so much pressure by my temples. i've taken pain medication and have a heated bean bag on my temples. but i'm not sure what to do.

Green tea: Green tea should be ok.  Honestly I do not know about green coffee bean.  It would be best to ask your neurologist.

does eating beans such as black beans, kidney beans and chickpeas interfere with absorption of thyroid medication if eaten at least 6 hours after taking medication. i eat them for lunch and dinner multiple days a week as i dont eat meat. ?

Take hormone alone: Good afternoon,
Vitamin supplements, some prescription medications and food can decrease absorption thyroid hormone absorption but 6 hrs as you describe should be fine. It’s recommended that thyroid hormone be taken by itself, with no food or other medications on an empty stomach.

Coconut oil is: excellent if you like the taste.  Also consider tomato sauce or paste, just make sure it is free of added sugar, better yet make your own.  Use herbs from the garden or dried, such as oregano,basil, parsley, etc.  Peace and good health.Try fresh fruit w/oats.
