i used monistat 1 last night sometime between 10-11, & woke up this morning in more pain & more irritated & swollen. i want to take an apple cider vinegar bath to relieve some of this irritation, is it ok to bath that soon after using the medication?

See dermatologist.: Colloidal Oatmeal baths might be very helpful, but should be eval and txed by dermatologist. Suspect that rash is in groin or genitals and if so, it would be a good idea to visit your doc.

Scabies?: His primary care doctor can treat scabies. After treatment, the scabies lesions will still itch for a few weeks. So, people generally do two treatments and just presume the scabies are all dead. After that, if one is not scratching so hard that he is creating his own new skin lesions, then any spontaneous new lesions would be suspicious for new live scabies mites.

Nearly no: It is very very unlikely that any microorganism would be transmitted in the situation you described.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i was in a geothermal bath with sulfur minerals/mud and my eyes got irritated and started  stinging for over an hour. should i be worried??

Sensitivity varies: Geothermal baths can increase vascular size and volume which can cause some increase in eye redness briefly.  This is the most likely thing you  have experienced although slight irritation from the bath salts might also be operative.  This should all fad quickly as geothermal baths are not toxic in any known way.

i wake up early and work all day moving up and down. when i return home at night i hardly stay awake even when i take a cold bath i get exhausted and sleep off. what drug should i take to stay alert for long hours without?

: Drugs are not the answer. Taking drugs to stay awake would damage your health. Try taking a short nap when you get home and then taking a bath and conducting your evening activities.

See psychiatrist: Get all of this addressed ASAP.  Do not allow this to get out of control any further.  Things can improve, but misuse of drugs is a dismal choice.  Get a second opinion and proceed.  Best of luck.

can salt water baths help a woman's ph balance? i am very sensitive so medications always throw my levels off after i am done taking them.

Maybe.: Epsom salt baths can help lots of problems - muscle aches and pains and some wounds.  I'm assuming you're speaking of your vaginal ph balance?  If so, ingesting healthy bacterial flora such as acidophilus and bifidophilus, and active yogurt cultures would be most helpful to replenish your normal vaginal ph.  Good luck!

how do i treat a thrombosed hemorrhoid i have tried hot baths, suppositories, medication cream and ib profhen.  what can i do.? i am miserable and everytime the blood cycle flows thru the rectum, i am crying in pain, i have been awake all night.

See : See a colon and rectal surgeon. Hemorrhoides have grades and the treatments are very wide... You might benefit from having your hemorrhoids removed.

i had an episode of vasodilate after a hot bath last 5min or so. it had me down on floor layin how long should an episode last b4 becoming concerned?

Varies: This varies with the individual.  Some is due to the vasodilation occurring with the heat and some to dehydration.  If this occurs you should limit the time you are spending in the hot tub, drink plenty of fluids and if feeling light-headed or weak, stay down until improved.  Five minutes does not seem excessive.
