Possibly: If a human had some allergic sensitization to the mammalian proteins from bats, a bite might itch. However, bat bites are often unnoticed, and because of that, the CDC recommends that any individual that wakes to find a bat in the sleeping room should probably undergo rabies immunization, unless the animal can be captured and submitted to the health department to be tested for rabies [and tests n]

: If it was at night, possible, daytime ,no. If pain continues, see a doctor, have a friend look at head for bump and or dried blood. Running on a bumpy surface could cause some discomfort.

Bat bite : Not high quality pictures, but would say no as there are no clear puncture wounds. However, if you came into contact with a bat in an area that is known to have rabied bats, its a good idea to have it evaluated asap.

Not necessarily: Bat bites may not itch and may not hurt either. If you have the slightest doubt about a bat bite, see your doctor and get rabies vaccine.

i found a a mark with two pin points less than a centimeter away from each other. how likely is it to be a bat bite? have not been in caves. have not noticed signs of bats in my house. should i go to the doctor?

: You would have to have been asleep if it is a bat bite as you'd have some sensation of being bitten if you were awake. A rabid bat is the bat bite we worry about &amp; this is the dilemma. There's no way to be sure without the bat being studied for rabies.  If you're seeking medical attention go to the ER rather than a physician's office. ER MDs face this dilemma way more than nonER  physicians
