Myocardial ischemia: Ischemia in a 36 year old is serious. Have you seen a cardiologist? What kind of stress test did you have done? Do you have chest pain?

The significance could not be determined without a cath or cct.

Additional info: If you are tracking your morning basal body temperature then you would have to look at this number in relation to all the temperatures that preceded it to know if it's a spike for you, personally. There are tracking apps if that might help.
