really odd question, but is it normal for boogers to move after you blow them out by of your nose? if i blow out a large snot ball i can videotape it for a few minutes and it'll visibly move. the movement is slow but it's multidirectional?

: What you described has no bearing on your health. Mucus will move under the influence of gravity and you need not be obsessed about it.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

i am extremely congested with mucus in my nose to the point i can't breath or blow out my nose, should i go the hospital i have taken claritin (loratadine) and advil congestion relief  already

Nasal : Nasal congestion is pretty miserable, but without high fever, dizziness, or severe pain, you are better off calling your doctor's office for an appointment than going to the hospital.  Often congestion is not from mucus buildup, but is from swelling of the nasal tissues so there is nothing to blow out.  The best things to do until your appointment are to run a humidifier in the room you sleep in, drink hot liquids (like tea or broth), or take a hot shower and breathe in the steam.  These can all help you feel better.  Good luck!

i have. a really bad stuffed nose. no medicine or home remedies work i can get out thin mucus but nothing will blow out. it feels like its blocked up?

Nasal congestion: You should see your doctor about this. A prescription nasal steroid may be needed. If you have been using an over the counter decongestant nasal spray for a prolonged period of time, it may be part of the problem. Stop using it and use a saline nasal spray to help until you see a doctor.

It has no capillarie: It is not attached to your body receiving blood flow to keep it warm. And air passim through the nostril is cooling it.

The quality of snot: What this is just dried, very thin, normal mucous that forms a flattened layer over your mucous membranes. This tends to happen when the drainage is very thin and the air is very dry. It is not skin. It is not anything to worry about (unless it bleeds regularly).

Color: Color of secretions yellow green etc implies bacterial infection. Clear secretions normal allergy or virus.

If this nasal discharge has been present for 5-7 days, it is time for an exam by your internal medicine physician, with possible referral to the local Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist.

people have told me to suck/blow the snot out my daughter nose....is it safe and how do i do it.

Why?: Do that on your own nose. You can use warm saline on your daughter, but hopefully she's old enough to control her own nose. If not, check with your pediatrician about how to do it gently and safely.
